  1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "you", "your") and YUSUF MARYAM PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES EST., a sole proprietorship registered under Trade Licence No. 1389599, with its principal place of business at 2105, Citadel Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating the platform accessible at c0m.ae and all associated subdomains (collectively, the "Service", "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy, each incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the Service immediately. These Terms are governed by UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection (PDPL); UAE Federal Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrime; UAE Federal Law No. 1 of 2006 on Electronic Commerce and Transactions; UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection; and the policies of the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) governing the .ae domain space, including the .aeDA Domain Name Eligibility Policy and Registration Rules (together, "the .aeDA Policies").

  2. Definitions • "Service" or "Platform" means the c0m.ae AI-powered website builder, including the web application, mobile applications, all APIs, and all subdomains hosted under *.c0m.ae. • ".aeDA" or "TDRA" means the .ae Domain Administration, operating under the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority, which administers the .ae country-code top-level domain and to whose policies all *.c0m.ae subdomains are subject as a matter of UAE domain governance. • "Subdomain" means the unique *.c0m.ae address (e.g., yourbusiness.c0m.ae) allocated to a User upon successful subscription, granted strictly as a revocable, non-transferable licence and never as an ownership interest in the .ae namespace. • "Platform AI Service" means the AI content generation capability included in paid Subscriptions, operated and funded by the Company. • "AI-Generated Content" means content produced by the Platform AI Service in response to business-descriptive information you provide through the Service. AI-Generated Content reviewed and approved by you for publication constitutes User Content for all purposes under these Terms. • "User Content" means all text, images, data, and other material a User inputs, uploads, approves, or publishes through the Service, including any AI-Generated Content the User approves for publication. • "Subscription" means an active paid PRO or BUSINESS plan as described in Section 6. • "Subscription Period" means the twelve (12) month period from the date of payment for which a Subscription is valid. • "Published Site" means a User's website hosted on their allocated Subdomain with status set to LIVE and publicly accessible.

  3. Eligibility

  4. You are at least eighteen (18) years of age.

  5. You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under UAE law.

  6. You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law, including UAE sanctions.

  7. You are using the Service for lawful business or commercial purposes only.

  8. Where registering on behalf of a legal entity, you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

  9. Account Registration and Security 4.1 Account Creation To access paid features, you must create an account via Google Sign-In or such other method as the Company enables. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 4.2 Account Security You are solely responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at [email protected] of any suspected unauthorised access. 4.3 One Account Per User Each User may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions is a material breach resulting in immediate suspension without refund.

  10. Description of the Service 5.1 Core Functionality c0m.ae provides an AI-assisted website builder enabling UAE small businesses to create, customise, and publish a single-page website as a subdomain under *.c0m.ae, including eleven (11) templates, AI-assisted content generation (Platform AI Service), Arabic/English RTL support, WhatsApp integration, and QR code generation. 5.2 Platform AI Service AI content generation is included in your Subscription at no additional cost. You are not required to supply any external API key. AI generation requests include only business-descriptive information you provide; no platform account identifiers are transmitted to AI infrastructure providers. You must review and approve all AI-Generated Content before publication and bear full responsibility for any content you choose to publish.

Important — Free-Text Field: The 'details' field accepts unconstrained user input. Although intended for business-descriptive content, a user may enter personal data (e.g., an owner's full name). We cannot guarantee that this field is always free of personal data. This content is transmitted to OpenRouter (US) and processed by DeepInfra (US). You are advised to limit entries in the 'details' field to business-descriptive information.

See the Privacy Policy for the complete data-flow disclosure. 5.3 Subdomain Allocation — Licence, Not Ownership .ae NAMESPACE NOTICE: Your Subdomain is a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted for the duration of your active Subscription. You acquire no proprietary, ownership, or registrant interest in the Subdomain or in the .ae namespace. The .ae top-level domain is administered exclusively by the .aeDA / TDRA, and all rights in respect of the .ae namespace remain with the .aeDA and, as applicable, the Company as the registered domain holder of c0m.ae.

Upon payment, you may register one (1) unique Subdomain under the PRO plan (or up to five (5) under the BUSINESS plan, when enabled). Subdomains are allocated first-come, first-served and subject to the reserved-name restrictions in Section 9. Upon cancellation, termination, or non-renewal, your Subdomain licence ends, your site is deactivated, and the Subdomain may be reallocated after the retention period in Section 16. 5.4 Service Availability The Company endeavours to maintain high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. See Section 13 (Hosting Location and Force Majeure) for circumstances excluded from liability.

  1. Subscription, Billing, and Payment 6.1 Subscription Price PRO Plan: AED 444 (four hundred and forty-four UAE Dirhams) per year, billed annually on a recurring (auto-renewing) basis — 1 active Published Site, 1 Subdomain, full AI content generation included.

BUSINESS Plan: AED 1,996 per year (post-launch, when enabled) — up to 5 active Published Sites.

AED 444 is the standard annual recurring price. It is not an introductory or promotional rate.

6.2 Discount Codes and First-Year Promotions The Company may, at its discretion, issue discount or coupon codes that reduce the price payable for a User's first Subscription Period only. Unless a coupon or promotion is expressly stated to apply to renewals, the following applies:

  1. Any discount applied via a coupon code is valid for the first Subscription Period (first twelve (12) months) only;
  2. Upon auto-renewal, the Subscription will renew at the then-current standard annual price (currently AED 444), regardless of any discount applied at initial sign-up;
  3. The renewal price and the fact that any first-year discount does not carry forward will be clearly disclosed at the time of checkout and in the auto-renewal reminder notice required under Section 6.4;
  4. Any future change to this policy (for example, a loyalty discount or win-back promotion applicable to renewals) will be governed by the Company's promotional terms in effect at that time and communicated separately.

6.3 Payment Processing All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. and, when enabled, Tabby and Network International. The Company does not store or access your full payment card details; all card data is handled directly by these PCI-DSS-compliant processors. 6.4 Auto-Renewal Your Subscription automatically renews for a further twelve (12) months at the then-current standard annual price unless you cancel before the renewal date. We will email you no fewer than seven (7) calendar days before the renewal charge is applied, stating the exact renewal amount. To avoid being billed for the next cycle, you must cancel at least seven (7) days before your renewal date. 6.5 No Refund Policy ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE, including renewal payments and payments made using a discount code. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for full terms, which are displayed to you prior to checkout. 6.6 Price Changes The Company may change the standard annual price for new subscriptions at any time. Existing subscribers will be given no fewer than thirty (30) days' notice before any price change applies to their own renewal.

  1. User Content and Responsibilities 7.1 Ownership You retain intellectual property rights in your User Content. You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, display, and serve your User Content solely to operate the Service. 7.2 Responsibility for AI-Approved Content You are solely responsible for all User Content, including AI-Generated Content you approve for publication, as if you had authored it manually. 7.3 Content Warranties By publishing User Content, you warrant that it: (a) does not infringe third-party rights; (b) complies with all applicable UAE law, including UAE Federal Law No. 34 of 2021; (c) does not violate Islamic values, public morals, public order, or national security as understood under UAE law and the .aeDA Policies; and (d) is not defamatory, harassing, or obscene.

  2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) You agree not to use the Service, directly or indirectly, to publish, host, or transmit any of the following: • Content illegal under UAE federal law or the law of the Emirate of Dubai, including UAE Federal Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumours and Cybercrime; • Content that tarnishes, defames, or disparages religious figures, religious symbols, or religious institutions, or that is otherwise anti-religious or offends Islamic values; • Political commentary, political campaigning, or content seeking to influence government policy, elections, or public opinion on political matters in the UAE or any other jurisdiction; • Content that threatens, undermines, or is contrary to UAE national security, public order, or national unity; • Adult, sexually explicit, or pornographic material of any kind; • Gambling, betting, lottery, or wagering services or promotion thereof; • Unlicensed financial services, investment advice, or any cryptocurrency, digital-asset, or virtual-token trading, exchange, advisory, or promotional service, unless you hold the requisite licence from the UAE Securities and Commodities Authority, the Central Bank of the UAE, or the relevant free zone regulator, and provide evidence of such licence to the Company upon request; • Phishing, fraud, impersonation, or deceptive trade practices; • Malware, ransomware, spyware, or other malicious code; • Automated scraping of the Service without prior written consent; • Unauthorised access attempts against the Service, other accounts, or platform infrastructure; • Unsolicited commercial communications (spam). This Acceptable Use Policy is enforced strictly and without exception, consistent with the morality, public order, and national security standards imposed on the Company by the .aeDA Policies as the registrant of the c0m.ae domain. The Company reserves the right to remove violating content and suspend or terminate the associated account at its sole discretion and without prior notice. Content removal under this Section does not entitle you to any refund.

  3. .aeDA / TDRA Domain Compliance NEW SECTION (Legal Briefing #63): Because every Subdomain is issued under the .ae country-code top-level domain, the Company is contractually and regulatorily required by the .aeDA to pass down its domain eligibility and conduct rules to every Subdomain holder. This Section implements that obligation directly in these Terms.

9.1 Prohibited Registrations In addition to the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 8, you may not register, use, or maintain a Subdomain that: • Violates public morality or is contrary to public order, as determined by the .aeDA or the Company acting reasonably in light of .aeDA guidance; • Tarnishes, misrepresents, or disparages any religious figure, religion, or religious institution; • Threatens or is reasonably likely to threaten UAE national security; • Is identical or confusingly similar to the name of a UAE government entity, ministry, public authority, or any foreign government entity, without prior written authorisation from that entity; • Impersonates, or is confusingly similar to, the name, image, or identity of a well-known living or historical person, public figure, or government official, without that person's prior written authorisation. 9.2 Third-Party Marks and Names You may not register a Subdomain that is identical or confusingly similar to a registered trademark, trade name, or service mark in which you have no rights or legitimate interest (for example, apple.c0m.ae or any subdomain incorporating a well-known brand you do not own), or to the name of any government organisation (for example, dubai-police.c0m.ae), unless you hold documented prior authorisation from the rights holder or relevant government entity, which the Company may request at any time. 9.3 Expedited Freeze and Deletion — No Notice Required The Company reserves the right to immediately freeze, suspend, or permanently delete any Subdomain that violates Section 9.1 or 9.2 — including impersonation of a trademark, public figure, or government entity — without prior notice to the User. This expedited action is taken to comply with the Company's own obligations to the .aeDA under the .aeDA Policies, under which the .aeDA may itself revoke domain privileges for such violations. No refund is available where a Subdomain is frozen or deleted under this Section (see also the Refund & Cancellation Policy, Section 4).

9.4 Back-to-Back Liability Limitation The .aeDA Policies provide that the .aeDA bears no liability for service disruptions, domain suspensions, or other actions it takes in enforcement of its own policies. As the holder of the c0m.ae domain and the operator issuing Subdomains to Users, the Company passes down an identical limitation: the Company shall bear no liability whatsoever to you for any suspension, freeze, deletion, or other action taken (a) by the .aeDA against the c0m.ae domain or any Subdomain; or (b) by the Company in compliance with, or anticipation of, .aeDA Policy enforcement. This limitation operates in addition to, and not in substitution for, the general limitation of liability in Section 14. 9.5 Reserved Names List The Company maintains and may expand at any time, without notice, a list of reserved terms that cannot be registered as Subdomains, including government, brand, geographic, religious, and platform-reserved terms. Registration of a Subdomain does not constitute the Company's endorsement that the Subdomain complies with Section 9.1 or 9.2; the User remains solely responsible for ensuring compliance, and the Company's after-the-fact enforcement under Section 9.3 does not waive this responsibility.

  1. Intellectual Property Rights 10.1 Company IP The Service, including all software, templates, design elements, trademarks, and brand assets, is owned by or licensed to the Company. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights in Company IP except as expressly stated. 10.2 User Licence Subject to these Terms and payment, the Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service during the Subscription Period for your internal business purposes.

  2. Copyright, Trademark, and Content Reports — Notice-and-Takedown Procedure If you believe content on a *.c0m.ae Subdomain infringes your copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right, or impersonates a person, brand, or government entity in violation of Section 9, submit a written notice to [email protected] containing:

  3. Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address;

  4. Identification of the work, mark, or identity claimed to be infringed or impersonated;

  5. The exact URL(s) of the allegedly infringing or impersonating Subdomain content;

  6. A statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised;

  7. A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorised to act on their behalf;

  8. Your signature, electronic or physical.

11.1 Response SLAs Illegal content under UAE law, or .aeDA Prohibited Registration violations (Section 9): action within 2 hours of verified report Trademark, government-entity, or public-figure impersonation: action within 24 hours of verified report Copyright / standard IP infringement: response within 48 hours Other content disputes: response within 5 business days

Receipt of a notice does not constitute an admission of infringement or liability. Action taken under this Section does not entitle the Subdomain holder to any refund.

Third-Party Services The Service integrates with the following providers, each governed by its own terms and privacy policy: Google LLC — Authentication (Google Sign-In) and Search Console integration Amazon Web Services, Inc. (AWS) — Cloud infrastructure, currently ap-south-1 (Mumbai, India) — see Section 13 Cloudflare, Inc. — CDN, DNS, DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall, SSL/TLS OpenRouter, Inc. (US) — AI request routing layer; Zero Data Retention (ZDR) enforced DeepInfra, Inc. (US) — Upstream AI model serving (Google Gemma family); 'No training' configuration Stripe, Inc. — Payment processing Resend, Inc. — Transactional email delivery Sentry Technologies, Inc. — Error monitoring Tabby FZ-LLC / Network International — Alternative payments (post-launch)

  2. Hosting Location and Force Majeure NEW SECTION (Legal Briefing #63): Documents the AWS Abu Dhabi to AWS Mumbai migration and the Company's resulting liability exclusion for related service impacts.

13.1 Hosting Location The Service's hosting infrastructure is not fixed to a single geographic location and may be relocated by the Company at its discretion in response to regional infrastructure stability, cost, performance, regulatory, or other operational factors. As of the date of this version of these Terms, the Service's primary hosting infrastructure is located in AWS's ap-south-1 region (Mumbai, India), following a migration from AWS's UAE region (Abu Dhabi) necessitated by regional infrastructure instability beyond the Company's control. The Company intends to migrate back to UAE-based hosting when that region is confirmed stable, and will notify Users when this occurs. See the Privacy Policy for the data protection implications of this hosting location. 13.2 Force Majeure The Company shall not be liable for any failure, delay, latency increase, or temporary downtime in performing its obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including: acts of God; war, armed conflict, or regional instability; government sanctions or directives; cyberattacks; third-party infrastructure or cloud-provider outages; and, specifically, any minor latency increase or temporary downtime arising from a hosting infrastructure migration of the kind described in Section 13.1, including the AWS Abu Dhabi to AWS Mumbai migration. No refund or service credit is available for impacts falling within this Section.

  1. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability 14.1 As-Is Service THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. THE COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL BE ACCURATE, ORIGINAL, COMPLETE, OR SUITABLE FOR YOUR BUSINESS NEEDS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED. 14.2 AI Disclaimer The Platform AI Service uses large language models that may produce inaccurate, outdated, or legally problematic output. You bear sole responsibility for reviewing AI-generated output before publication. The Company shall not be liable for any loss arising from AI-generated content you publish. 14.3 Limitation of Liability TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY UAE LAW, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. This limitation applies in addition to the .aeDA back-to-back limitation in Section 9.4 and the Force Majeure exclusion in Section 13.2. 14.4 Indemnification You agree to indemnify the Company against claims arising from your User Content, your violation of these Terms (including Sections 8 and 9), or your violation of applicable law, including any claim brought by a third party whose trademark, name, or identity was used in your Subdomain or User Content.

  2. Termination and Suspension 15.1 Immediate Suspension The Company may immediately suspend or terminate your account without prior notice for: illegal activity; violation of Section 8 (AUP) or Section 9 (.aeDA Compliance); fraud or impersonation; security threats; circumvention of account restrictions; or a valid court order or .aeDA directive. 15.2 Termination with Notice For less severe violations, the Company will provide thirty (30) days' notice and an opportunity to remedy the breach before termination. 15.3 Effect of Termination Upon termination: (a) your Published Site is taken offline within twenty-four (24) hours; (b) your account data is retained for thirty (30) days for dispute resolution, then permanently deleted; and (c) your Subdomain licence ends and the Subdomain may be reallocated thereafter.

  3. Data Retention and Deletion Upon cancellation or termination, your personal data and User Content are retained for thirty (30) calendar days for dispute resolution, after which they are permanently deleted. Financial records are retained for a minimum of ten (10) years under UAE Federal Law No. 18 of 1993 on Commercial Transactions. See the Privacy Policy for full retention schedules.

  4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai. Before commencing legal proceedings, you agree to contact [email protected] and allow thirty (30) days for good-faith resolution.

  5. General Provisions 18.1 Modifications We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email no fewer than fourteen (14) days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. 18.2 Severability If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force. 18.3 Entire Agreement These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund & Cancellation Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company in respect of the Service.

  6. Re-Acceptance — Version 3 Update MANDATORY RE-ACCEPTANCE: These Terms have been materially updated. Version 3 introduces the following material changes: (a) the standard annual price has been updated to AED 444; (b) the Acceptable Use Policy (Section 8) has been expanded to include explicit prohibitions on political commentary, cryptocurrency and unlicensed financial services, and religious content violations; (c) .aeDA / TDRA Domain Compliance obligations (Section 9) have been added, including expedited freeze and deletion rights and a back-to-back liability pass-down; (d) expedited 24-hour response SLAs for trademark, government-entity, and public-figure impersonation have been introduced (Section 11); (e) the Subdomain Allocation section (Section 5.3) has been updated to make explicit that a Subdomain is a revocable licence and not an ownership interest; and (f) a Hosting Location and Force Majeure clause (Section 13) has been added. Users who accepted a prior version of these Terms did not consent to the updated price or these expanded obligations. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of Version 3. The Company will prompt all existing users to re-accept at next login.
