UPDATED DOCUMENT — VERSION 3 — June 25, 2026 Updated per Legal Briefing #63. Prior version: June 14, 2026 (BYOK/AI sub-processor correction). Original effective date: April 27, 2025. This update: Price updated to AED 444/year; absolute no-refund-after-deployment standard added; takedown disqualification clause added; coupon/first-year-discount renewal disclosure added; pre-checkout display requirement stated.
Overview This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") forms part of the Terms of Service between you and YUSUF MARYAM PROJECT MANAGEMENT SERVICES EST. (Trade Licence No. 1389599), 2105, Citadel Tower, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE ("Company"), and governs subscription cancellations and refund requests for c0m.ae. This Policy is displayed to you clearly and conspicuously prior to checkout, in compliance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection. By completing payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy in full, including the absolute no-refund standard in Section 2.
The Absolute No-Refund Standard IMPORTANT — DISPLAYED PRIOR TO CHECKOUT: c0m.ae operates on an ABSOLUTE NO-REFUND BASIS once your Published Site has been deployed (made LIVE). This is a low-cost annual SaaS subscription (AED 444/year), and no refund, partial refund, or credit will be issued after deployment, for any reason, except the two narrow exceptions in Section 9.
You acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued in any of the following circumstances, among others:
This no-refund position is lawful under UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection for SaaS products where the no-refund policy is clearly disclosed prior to purchase, the service is made immediately available upon payment, and the service is not defective in a manner constituting a fundamental failure to deliver. All conditions are met here, and this Policy is displayed to you before you complete checkout.
Cancellation by You 3.1 How to Cancel • Via your account dashboard: Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription; • Via the Stripe Customer Portal, accessible through your account dashboard under Billing; • By emailing [email protected] (allow up to two business days for processing). 3.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current Subscription Period. You retain access to all paid features, and your Published Site remains live, until that date. No partial-period credit or refund is issued for cancelling mid-period.
Takedown Disqualification NEW SECTION: If your Published Site, Subdomain, or account is suspended, frozen, deleted, or terminated by the Company — whether under the Terms of Service, the Acceptable Use Policy, the .aeDA Compliance provisions (e.g., trademark, government-entity, or public-figure impersonation), or in response to a valid third-party legal or trademark complaint — you FORFEIT ALL RIGHTS to any refund for the remaining unused portion of your current Subscription Period, in full, with no exception. This applies regardless of whether the violation was intentional, and regardless of how much of the Subscription Period remains unused at the time of the takedown.
This disqualification is necessary to ensure that the no-refund standard in Section 2 cannot be circumvented by a User who is found, after payment, to have violated the .aeDA-mandated content and registration rules described in the Terms of Service. By subscribing, you accept this risk as part of your decision to operate a Subdomain in compliance with those rules from the outset.
It is your responsibility to ensure your registered email address is current and that reminder emails are not filtered to spam. Failure to receive the reminder due to an incorrect or unmonitored email address does not entitle you to a refund of the renewal charge. Cancellation requests submitted after a renewal charge has been processed will not result in a refund of that charge but will prevent future renewals. 5.3 Price Changes at Renewal If the subscription price has changed since your last payment, the auto-renewal reminder email will clearly state the new annual price. If you do not wish to renew at the new price, you must cancel before the renewal date.
The renewal price applicable to you will always be clearly stated in your auto-renewal reminder email (Section 5.2) before any charge is applied, giving you the opportunity to cancel under Section 5.2 if you do not wish to renew at the standard price. No refund is available for a renewal charge processed at the standard price on the basis that you expected your original discounted rate to continue, as this Section and the checkout disclosure both make clear that discounts are first-year only unless stated otherwise.
Cancellation by the Company 7.1 Cancellation for Breach If the Company terminates your account for violation of the Terms of Service, no refund of any Subscription fees will be made. Your Published Sites will be taken offline immediately upon termination of your account. 7.2 Service Discontinuation In the event the Company decides to permanently discontinue the Service, all active subscribers will be given thirty (30) days' written notice. In this specific circumstance only, the Company may, at its discretion, offer a pro-rata refund of the unused portion of the current Subscription Period. This is the only scenario in which any form of refund may be considered outside of the exceptions listed in Section 9.
Effect of Cancellation on Your Data 8.1 Published Sites Your Published Sites will be suspended (taken offline) at the end of the Subscription Period. Your site data is not immediately deleted and will be retained for thirty (30) calendar days following the end of the Subscription Period. 8.2 Data Retention Window During the thirty (30) day data retention window following Subscription expiry, you may reactivate your Subscription to restore your Published Sites to their previous state. After thirty (30) days, all site data, user content, uploaded media, and account information will be permanently and irrevocably deleted. 8.3 Subdomain Your Subdomain (e.g., mybusiness.c0m.ae) will be deactivated at the end of the Subscription Period and may be reallocated to a new subscriber after the thirty (30) day data retention window expires. The Company does not guarantee that the same Subdomain will be available if you choose to resubscribe after cancellation. 8.4 Third-Party API Keys The Company does not collect, store, or process any user-supplied third-party API keys. No action is required by you on account closure in respect of any API key.
Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy A refund may be considered only in the following narrow, verified circumstances. Sections 9.1 (Duplicate Charge) and 9.2 (Unauthorised Transaction) apply regardless of whether your Published Site has been deployed (made LIVE). Section 9.3 (Total Service Unavailability) applies only where your Published Site has NOT yet been deployed (made LIVE). 9.1 Duplicate or Double Charge If you are charged twice for the same Subscription Period due to a processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full upon verification. 9.2 Unauthorised Transaction If your payment method was used without authorisation, report it to your bank immediately and notify us at [email protected] within forty-eight (48) hours with your transaction reference and a copy of your bank's fraud report. We will investigate and, where verified, process a refund within fourteen (14) business days. 9.3 Total Service Unavailability If the Service is entirely inaccessible to all users for a continuous period exceeding seventy-two (72) hours, directly attributable to a failure of the Company's own infrastructure (excluding Force Majeure events, third-party outages, scheduled maintenance, or hosting-migration impacts under the Terms of Service Section 13), the Company may at its discretion offer a proportional account credit. This does not constitute a guaranteed cash refund entitlement.
Payment Disputes and Chargebacks Filing a chargeback without first contacting [email protected] and allowing a reasonable period for resolution is a breach of this Policy. Where a chargeback is frivolous or breaches this clause, the Company may permanently suspend your account without refund and pursue recovery of the chargeback amount and associated fees through UAE courts. We are committed to resolving genuine billing disputes fairly; our typical response time for billing disputes is two (2) business days.
Payment Provider Terms Payments on c0m.ae are processed by Stripe, Inc. and, when enabled, Tabby and Network International. Refund processing timelines, where applicable, are subject to the terms and technical processes of these payment providers. Approved refunds typically appear on your original payment method within five (5) to fifteen (15) business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Governing Law and Contact This Policy is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai.
